Meet the SemiConX Team

Brian Lisenby serves as a Construction Manager for SemiConX, bringing more than 33 years of diverse experience in the construction industry. His career has given him a strong and well-rounded background in welding, quality control, procurement, safety, and construction management, allowing him to approach projects with both technical expertise and leadership insight.

Over the years, Brian has had the opportunity to work on projects across the United States, gaining hands-on experience in a wide range of facilities and industries. His portfolio includes work in semiconductor plants, nuclear facilities, coal-fired power generation, chemical processing, paper mills, and oil & gas operations—both in the lower 48 states and on the demanding North Slope of Alaska. This breadth of experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of complex industrial environments and the ability to adapt quickly to unique project challenges.

Outside of his professional life, Brian is dedicated to his family and enjoys spending as much time as possible with his children. He also has a passion for outdoor cooking and finds relaxation and creativity in playing the guitar. This balance of family, hobbies, and professional dedication reflects his commitment to living fully while continuing to grow as both a leader and a mentor in the construction field.

Joseph Dossing serves as a Construction Manager at SemiConX, bringing a dynamic blend of executive leadership experience and hands-on field execution across complex, mission-critical environments. With over a decade of progressive experience spanning general contracting, healthcare facilities, and large-scale capital projects, Joseph is recognized for his ability to drive operational performance while maintaining strict adherence to safety, quality, and schedule.

Prior to joining SemiConX, Joseph held leadership roles including Vice President of Construction, where he oversaw full-cycle project delivery, from preconstruction and estimating through procurement, scheduling, and field execution. His background also includes directing facilities operations within active healthcare environments, where he managed critical infrastructure systems, regulatory compliance, and multidisciplinary teams supporting uninterrupted patient care.

Joseph’s expertise includes workforce planning, subcontractor management, cost control, and strategic project execution in highly regulated environments. He has successfully led multimillion-dollar projects, coordinated cross-functional teams, and implemented process improvements that enhance efficiency, mitigate risk, and ensure project alignment with client objectives. His experience in healthcare construction and facilities management provides a strong foundation for navigating complex systems, tight constraints, and high-stakes operational demands, skills that translate directly into the semiconductor construction space.

Known for his decisive leadership and collaborative approach, Joseph emphasizes clear communication, accountability, and proactive problem-solving to keep projects advancing in fast-paced environments. He is committed to building high-performing teams, strengthening field execution strategies, and delivering consistent results that support both client success and organizational growth.

As SemiConX continues to expand, Joseph remains focused on driving excellence in project delivery, developing future leaders, and contributing to the successful execution of cutting-edge semiconductor facilities.

Irasema de la Cruz is the Site Safety Manager for UT Austin and Montopolis semiconductor projects. She has supported major semiconductor projects with Intel, TSMC, and UT Austin, leading safety operations, strengthening compliance programs, and training employees in high-risk environments.

In addition to her semiconductor experience, she has worked on nuclear power plant operations and civil construction projects, further expanding her leadership in complex industries. Over her career, Irasema has trained more than 3,000 employees, delivering bilingual instruction in both English and Spanish to ensure clear and inclusive communication.

Guided by faith and family, Irasema proudly shares that her three children are her greatest blessings. They inspire her to lead with integrity, perseverance, and care, reminding her that safety is more than compliance it is about protecting people, families, and futures.

Alejandro Cervantes is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and the Site HSE Manager at SemiConX, where he leads health and safety efforts across high-risk, high-tech semiconductor construction environments, including Intel New Mexico and TSMC Arizona. Since joining SemiConX in May 2024, Alejandro has built a reputation for strategic safety leadership, innovation in training, and cross-functional collaboration that drives both compliance and culture.

Alejandro has developed and implemented comprehensive safety programs and scalable HSE plans tailored to complex site needs—including fall protection, electrical safety, LOTO, and equipment-specific procedures such as for the Greenlee G3 Tugger. Help build and finalized the company’s in-house NFPA 70E training kit—complete with bilingual PowerPoint materials, quizzes, and certificates—enabling direct site-level deployment and regulatory compliance.

His technical awareness includes the collaboration of the creation of automated Excel-based training matrices, standardized 3D and 6D checklists and procedures, and permit-to-work systems that elevate readiness and streamline audits. Alejandro also ensures inclusivity and clarity by delivering bilingual training programs and field guidance in both English and Spanish.

Through proactive engagement in incident prevention, leadership communication, and field mentorship, Alejandro has contributed significantly to SemiConX’s safety record, supporting zero-recordable incident performance across active projects. His approach blends operational discipline with motivational leadership—driving awareness through daily messages, OPS meetings, and direct interaction with foremen, superintendents, and project managers.

Alejandro’s leadership philosophy is rooted in building from a solid foundation—where trust, consistency, and accountability empower teams to achieve excellence. As SemiConX continues to expand, he remains committed to developing scalable safety systems, mentoring future leaders, and delivering high-impact results across every jobsite.

Shelby is an experienced Human Resources Administrator with over a decade of expertise in managing HR functions, payroll processing, and office operations. Currently serving at SemiConX in Dayton, TX, Shelby oversees comprehensive onboarding, talent acquisition, and payroll support for a team of over 100 employees. With a strong background in compliance, data management, and employee engagement, Shelby ensures smooth organizational workflows and fosters a positive workplace environment.

Shelby's diverse background in employee engagement, human resources, and operations enables her to approach organizational challenges with a detail-oriented, strategic, and analytical mindset. Committed to excellence and continuous improvement, she is dedicated to supporting organizational success through effective HR management, streamlined administrative processes, and innovative operational solutions.

With over 25 years of dedicated experience in financial accounting, Melissa specializes in financial reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning. Currently, she serves as a key member of SemiConX's finance team, where she oversees accounting operations, ensure adherence to industry regulations, and provide insightful financial analysis to support business growth. Known for meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics, [he/she/they] excel(s) at translating complex financial data into actionable insights.

Committed to continuous improvement and compliance, Melissa leverages advanced systems and financial software to streamline processes and enhance reporting accuracy. Her proactive approach and collaborative mindset make her a trusted partner in achieving organizational financial goals in the fast-paced semiconductor sector.

Nelson has over 7 years of hands-on experience in the field, Nelson is a seasoned Field Engineer Supervisor known for delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to exacting standards. Specializing in semiconductor, oil & gas, construction, telecommunications, Nelson brings a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership, and operational insight to every job site.

Throughout his career, Nelson has led multidisciplinary teams, managed field operations across diverse and often challenging environments, and ensured strict compliance with safety and quality standards. Known for a problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement, he has successfully overseen the planning, execution, and closeout of numerous high-impact projects.

Nelson's ability to bridge the gap between engineering design and field execution has earned him the trust of both clients and colleagues alike. Whether coordinating logistics, mentoring junior engineers, or interfacing with stakeholders, he brings a proactive and solutions-driven approach to leadership in the field.

Aaron Doft leads the procurement team at SemiConX. He is a New Mexico native. Throughout his youth, his primary interest in life was personal service.

After graduating from NMMI and West Point, Mr. Doft was able to fulfill this lifelong dream, beginning his career as a US Army Tanker.

With three combat tours and several campaign stars across 11 years, he separated honorably from service and sought out  a new way to serve, this time closer to home.

While serving, he completed his graduate program in engineering and construction management, preparing him for what was to come.

Working in industrial services and construction for refineries and chemical plants in the Gulf coast for seven years, he finally returned from whence he started: still in industrial construction, but now for US semiconductor infrastructure in New Mexico.

For those who may recognize them, Mr. Doft can be heard echoing the words of Lt. Cdr. Worf of the USS Enterprise: “The Honor is to Serve”.
